Your order is only deemed accepted upon confirmation by Beautiful Hand Bound. Acceptance of your order is subject to receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Beautiful Hand Bound may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Returns or exchanges of your purchases are handled solely in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Once we hand over products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including, without limitation, all trademarks, trade names, text, artwork, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Beautiful Hand Bound, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Beautiful Hand Bound is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our shop are concluded directly with Beautiful Hand Bound. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of the transactions between you and Beautiful Hand Bound, including injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Beautiful Hand Bound.
